POLICIES & PROMISES.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery destination: USA. Our planned delivery window is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping charges and order processing times will be confirmed before payment when checkout opens. Carrier assignment will be confirmed at dispatch; the courier film is illustrative and does not indicate a carrier partnership.

Checkout is not yet active. No orders are currently processed or dispatched. For delivery questions, contact support@switchtopower.com.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If Apex isn't right for you, request a return and refund within 120 days of purchase — whatever your reason. Opened packs are included, and it is fine if part of the pouch is already used; you do not need to send back a full, sealed pack.

To start a return, email support@switchtopower.com with your order number. We will confirm the refund and return steps with you by email, and we would rather lose a sale than your trust.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Orders are paid securely by card through Stripe at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and US delivery is free.

PRIVACY POLICY

Today this site does not process orders or create accounts, so we do not collect payment details. If you write to us at support@switchtopower.com, we use your email address only to reply to you.

When sales begin, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what data is collected, how it is used and the rights you have over it — before you complete your first purchase.
